N. Gavriel & Sons Ltd is a privately owned family group with diverse activities in the construction industry, which encompass contracting, property development and property investment with particular specialization and expertise in building and civil engineering construction. The founder director’s experience that has successfully bee passed on to today’s generation of management extends over 20 years. The current executive team combines the virtues and skills that are highly demanded in today’s competitive environment in order to ensure the success that has been enjoyed by the group to date.

During the years the company has formed a number of project specific joint ventures for the execution of various construction contracts for the Public Works Department, Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Education, Electricity Authority Cyprus, Sewerage Board of Nicosia and Municipality of Nicosia.

We aim to contributing positively to the development of Cyprus through offering quality contracting services to our clients whether these are the individual buyer of residential property, a high profile business organization, the government or any other public body.

Contracting
N. GAVRIEL & SONS LTD is classified by the Cyprus Council for Contractors Registration as a “Class A” building and civil engineering contractor wich is the highest class. It has the necessary resources in terms of manpower, plant and equipment that allow it to execute a variety of projects. Strategic alliances have been formed for carrying out specific projects with particular requirements.

The company usually participates in all major tenders for building projects in Cyprus whilst at the same time keeps the flexibility to adapt to the rapidly changing market conditions by focusing on lower value projects.
