The project consists of the construction of an elementary school in Germasogia which includes teaching rooms, offices, laboratories, multiple usage room, auxiliary spaces, playgrounds and other exterior spaces. The structure body of the school is consisted of reinforced concrete and the masonry is made of clay bricks. The roof of the multiple usage room is metallic. The exterior works include the construction of playgrounds, amphitheatre, pavements, asphalt parking lots as well as the configuration of green areas. Furthermore they include the school's exterior sewerage system.

The construction includes the ground floor and a first floor. The ground floor is 1649 m² in acreage and includes the Police offices and the immigrants' transportation area (16 rooms, toilets, 2 restaurants, 6 entertainment rooms, 2 kitchens and 2 laundry rooms). The top floor of an acreage of 1649 m²  is equivalent to the bottom floor. The structure of the core of the building is consisted of reinforced concrete and the masonry is made of clay bricks. The structure of the east and west wing is metallic and the masonry is made of cement boards. The exterior works include parking lots, outdoor entertainment spaces for the immigrants (basketball field etc), the passageway for the Police patrol which is bounded by the enclosure, contained space for the electromechanical installations and its auxiliary surrounding buildings (C.E.A. substation, meter room, generator room, guard room and garbage room). The works include the roads of a length of 1100m.

The works' space is located in Merra in Kollossi, west of Limassol. The project consists of the construction of a new High Shcool and includes the creation of a library, administration building, teaching rooms, conference room, music labs, closed gymnasium and multiple usage room as well as all the associated electromechanical installations.

The exterior works include the construction of a surrounding enclosure, green area, basketball, volleyball and football fields, athletics stadium, courts and parking lot.

Moreover, the contract includes the construction of a pulic road 300m long with a round-about, including the services associated with the road (CY.T.A., C.E.A., stormwater drain).

The duration of the project is 18 months and the delivery will be conducted in two phases. The first phase concerns the creation of the teaching rooms, the exterior works and the public road. The second phase includes the creation of the athletics stadium and the multiple usage/gymnasium room.
